OMG Plaquinil can cause blindness - Sjogren's World I take 400mg once a day. I've been on it for 6 years now. I get my eyes checked every 6 months and everything is fine. A possible side effct of Plaquenil is blindness but it is RARE. Tylenol and aspirin can both cause death but this is rare also. Ibuprofen can bring on severe asthma attacks and isn't recommended for asthmatics.
